What to expect around booked sessions — changing a time, cancelling, and what happens if either side cannot make it.
Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Applies to: consultations booked through https://achise.in
Consultations are booked through the booking page, by email, or by telephone. However a session is arranged, it is recorded in the same ACHISE calendar and issued an appointment reference (ACH/APT/YYYY/NNNNNN). Quote that reference in any message about the session.
Sessions run Monday to Friday within our published hours (Asia/Kolkata). Slots shown as available are genuinely free at the moment you look; if two people choose the same slot at once, the second is asked to pick another and nothing is double-booked.
Cancel any time before the session starts. For a free consultation there is no charge in any circumstance. For a paid session cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice we may charge for the reserved time; in practice we apply this only where it becomes a pattern, and never for a genuine emergency.
We hold the slot for 15 minutes from the scheduled start. After that the session is treated as a no-show and you are welcome to book again. If you know you will be late, a quick message is enough for us to keep the slot open.
If we cancel or move a session, we tell you as early as we can and offer the next available slot at your convenience. If the session was paid for, you may take a full refund instead. If we are more than 10 minutes late without notice, treat the session as ours to make good — we will reschedule at no charge.
A consultation is a professional discussion of your objectives and options. Views expressed in a session are given in good faith on the information available at the time and do not constitute a binding quotation, a contractual commitment, or legal, financial or regulatory advice. A firm scope and price follow a discovery phase and are always confirmed in writing.
What you tell us in a consultation is treated as confidential and used only to advise you and prepare a proposal. We are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before a detailed discussion — just ask when you book. We do not record sessions without your explicit consent, and if either side wishes to record, it is agreed at the start of the call.
Booking details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We use them to hold the appointment, to send joining details and to follow up on what you asked about — nothing else.
Anything about a booked session goes to info@achise.in with your appointment reference. ACHISE is the official business operating https://achise.in.
